Manager, Provider Network Management
Location: Kansas
Hours: M – F Standard Working hours
Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) 20% Travel with potential overnight as needed
Position Overview:
Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.
How you will make an impact:
Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public
Ensures the LTSS provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver high-quality care to members
Represents the Anthem’s LTSS program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders
Responsible for budget accountability
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Previous management experience preferred
LTSS Provider experience preferred
Support Coordination/Care Coordination experience a plus.
Strong Public Speaking experience preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
