Elevance Health Marketing Communications Writer II in WOODLAND HILLS, California
Location: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week .
** The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
The Marketing Communications Writer II is responsible for providing advanced creative and technical advice and writing and quality assurance support for the development and implementation of moderately complex marketing communication materials.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Consults with business leaders to identify business objectives.
Evaluates the effectiveness of communications copy and materials, and recommends solutions for communication strategies and implementation approaches.
Collaborates with creative teams on customer needs and implements communication objectives solutions.
Edits, and reviews content for traditionally printed programs (marketing collateral, direct mail, etc.) and/or digital programs (email advertising, micro sites, text campaigns, etc.).
Ensures all materials meet internal and external business and legal standards, and follows appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
Identifies improvements/efficiencies that support operational excellence, and supports business initiatives (plain language, standardization, going paperless, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in health care or managed care preferred.
Experience in email marketing preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $56,620 to $107,280.
Locations: New York and California
